      1.2. Items Eligible for Exchanges: We offer exchanges on all non-customized jewellery items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

      1.3. Customized or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customized or personalized to your specifications, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

      Conditions for Return or Exchange:

      2.1. Original Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewellery item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and free from any alterations or modifications.

      2.2. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, including any jewellery boxes, pouches, or tags provided.

      2.3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.

      Process for Returns and Exchanges:

      3.2. Shipping: When shipping the item back, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

      3.3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return or exchange eligibility criteria. Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return or exchange.

      Refunds and Exchanges:

      4.1. Refunds: For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping fees, duties, or taxes paid during the initial purchase.
